SUD Outpatient Treatment

APDS clients are required to attend two (2) two-hour lecture/group sessions per week which are designed to stimulate thought, challenge their perceptions, offer culturally relevant solutions and develop positive self-images. In addition, clients are also required to attend a minimum of five (5) individual sessions with their primary counselor, submit to random breathalyzer and urine drug screens and at the end of their 13-week treatment episode, complete a Relapse Prevention Plan and an Anonymous Client Survey Form.

  • Low intensity SUD program.
  • Community-based treatment setting.
  • Two 2-hour lectures or group sessions per week.

  • Sessions that are thoughtful, enlightening, culturally relevant, and hopeful.

  • Extended services available to family based on individual’s or family’s needs.
