RECOVERY PROGRAMS

OVERVIEW

Recovery is not a one-time event—it’s a lifelong journey. At APDS, our Recovery Programs are designed to provide continued support, structure, and encouragement for individuals rebuilding their lives after substance use disorder or mental health challenges. These programs help clients strengthen coping skills, maintain progress, and build a sustainable foundation for long-term wellness. Our Recovery Programs provide a blend of accountability, education, and peer connection. Services may include:

  • Structured Support Groups: safe spaces to share experiences, challenges, and successes with others in recovery.

  • Relapse Prevention Training: tools and strategies for recognizing triggers and maintaining sobriety.

  • Peer Recovery Support: mentorship and encouragement from individuals living successfully in recovery.

  • Life Skills Development: training in goal setting, problem-solving, financial management, and daily living.

  • Family & Community Involvement: programs to strengthen relationships and create supportive environments.

  • Wellness Practices: stress management, mindfulness, fitness, and holistic activities to promote overall well-being.

  • Aftercare Integration: coordination with treatment and aftercare services to provide consistent, ongoing support.
