Funding for APDS

APDS is primarily funded through the Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health (ADAMH) Board of Franklin County. ADAMH’s support allows APDS to provide services to many Franklin County residents that cannot afford quality counseling services. As such, APDS programs are offered at no charge and/or a copay only to eligible participants. A subsidy scale is applied. Costs for services are based on the participant’s household income.
